For nearly four decades, Ilan S. Nissan has served as a trusted advisor to founders, investors, family offices, private equity and venture capital firms, and global enterprises on their most significant transactions, investments, and strategic decisions.
Known for sound judgment, discretion, and an ability to bring clarity to complex matters, he has built enduring relationships with founders, investors, and business leaders.
At Nissan Partners, Ilan brings that experience to the firm’s investment and strategic advisory activities, working with founders, investors, and businesses where long‑term perspective, trusted relationships, and sound judgment create meaningful value.
Rhonda B. Nissan
CO-FOUNDER
Rhonda B. Nissan is a Co-founder of Nissan Partners, where she oversees the family office’s operations with a focus on long‑term stewardship across the family’s businesses and investments.
She also serves as Chief Operating Officer of the family’s real estate business as well as two portfolio companies: Soirée Miami Beach, a luxury swimwear brand founded by Alexandra Nissan, and Hot Tea, Herbal & Verbal, a podcast founded and hosted by Mikayla Nissan. Earlier in her career, Rhonda held roles at Bear Stearns and Doubleday Publishers. She earned a degree in Art History from Simmons College.
